How we work

Understand first, then build, then hand over.

This is how our engagements run – whether review, test bench or test automation.

  1. 01

    Clarify the starting point

Review of architecture, test concept and development process, stakeholder workshops, goal definition. Result: a sound picture of maturity, risks and required action.

  2. 02

    Concept and roadmap

Test concept to ISO/IEC/IEEE 29119, test automation architecture or action plan – prioritised, with implementation horizons and effort estimates. Traceability from requirement to test case.

  3. 03

    Implement

HIL test benches, test automation, CI/CD pipelines, firmware: running, documented, integrated into your toolchain and your team. Milestones with sign-off instead of surprises.

  4. 04

    Hand over and enable

Templates, training material, mentoring. Goal: your team operates and extends the solution independently.

In more than 20 years we have seen a lot of mistakes. Our clients do not have to make them again.
